Refund policy
At True Ballers, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Returns
You can return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items.
To start a return, email us at support@true-ballers.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details (e.g., photos for damaged or defective items).
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Shipping Label: If needed, we can provide a prepaid shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
Partial Refunds: Items that do not meet the return conditions (e.g., missing tags or signs of wear) may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@true-ballers.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the issue.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
